Dungeons & Dragons (5e) Intro Session

Enter the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons and begin your adventure. Join our inhouse DM on an intro adventure with the 5E gaming system from Wizards of the Coasts.

Characters and story are all pre-planned, no previous experience of the rules is required. This is not a campaign and is designed to give new players the chance to see how the game works and get to grips with roleplaying games.

This will run as a monthly event so don't worry if you miss it this time around!

FAQ

What models can I use?
We have some models on hand but if you have a suitable fantasy miniature (28mm scale) then feel free to bring one with you.

Do I need the rulebook/To know the rules?
No! We have the rulebooks on hand for you to use during the event and it is designed for new players so the basics will be covered as you play.

Is there an age requirement?
While the gaming system has no age restrictions we recommend this event for 13+ (Under 16s will need to be accompanied by an adult)

Do I need dice?
No! We will have dice on hand for you to use. If you have a set of roleplaying dice then feel free to bring them.

Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?
Again, no. This is designed to be a one-off introductory session for the game. Of course you are free to arrange ongoing campaigns and meetups with your fellow players!
